IndiGo’s website and online reservation platform faced intermittent technical issues on Wednesday, leaving several passengers unable to search for flights, book tickets or complete online check-in.
Users attempting to access IndiGo’s booking services reported messages such as “No Data Available” and “No flights found” while searching for flights. Some passengers also reported difficulties accessing the airline’s mobile app and completing web check-in.
IndiGo acknowledged the disruption, stating that it was experiencing intermittent issues with its core reservation platform and that some customers may face difficulty accessing its online services. The airline said its teams were working with a partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The outage has particularly affected passengers trying to make last-minute bookings or complete online check-in. Reuters also reported that its journalists in multiple Indian cities were unable to book tickets through the IndiGo website during the disruption.
IndiGo has advised passengers requiring immediate assistance to contact its call centre, while those travelling later have been asked to retry the website or app after some time.
The airline has not disclosed the specific cause of the reservation-platform problem or a confirmed timeline for complete restoration.
The technical disruption comes at a time when IndiGo handles more than 65% of India’s domestic aviation market, making the reliability of its digital booking and passenger-service systems particularly significant for travellers and the wider travel trade.
